Yes, my dream is coming true, it accompanied me through twenty years, since my hobby was to secure job opportunities to friends, and loved ones with no return, as if something from my inner soul called me to this work as I consider it a noble action of mentioned.

Years passed since my individual service. Till I presented to friends characterized with the humanitarian spirit of service, the idea of establishing an association to reduce unemployment covering all Lebanese territory that benefits all working segments. The synergy was present and Koudourat association was founded in the year 2005 by a body of seven friends. Then work begun with seriousness and credibility through different levels, and here we are today, placing in your hands the result of twenty years’ work, a NGO that ensures communication between employers and job seekers in addition to multiple services as an incentive for our young people and to reduce immigration and unemployment, and this NGO will be the first leader for work in Lebanon without any financial return. We always work to stay in our country united, nothing to tear us apart not politics, or religion and under the banner:

“In order not to use darkness … Light a candle.”
