Koudourat Objectives:

• Creating job opportunities to decrease the emigration of young Lebanese.
• Providing suitable jobs in Lebanon and Arab World.
• Promoting education and professional development.
• Develop Technical and professional skills, organize specialized conferences and professional workshops.
• Encouraging investment to reduce unemployment by all available means, that includes establishing new companies to create job opportunities for Lebanese youth and creating websites on the Internet to exchange experiences.
• Conducting specialized studies.
• Conducting professional training courses in various fields.
• Empowering women to develop their capabilities at all levels.
• Tourism and rural development and the establishment of heritage activities.
• Stimulating environmental activities to the use of renewable energy in all possible fields.
• Helping people with special needs to obtain job opportunities and defend their rights.

Methods & Means:

• Developing the technical, professional and cultural skills of graduates and institutes and qualifying them for the labor market through specialized professional workshops to develop their experiences.
• Exchanging experiences with Arab and foreign countries, and providing remote work opportunities for young Lebanese who have high professional and technical skills.
• Preparing higher education students and who have successful projects in various investable fields through providing financial support for these projects in cooperation with the donors.
• Conducting specialized studies of the Lebanese labor market and required majors and in collaboration with the Central Administration of Statistics.
• Conducting academic and professional studies in various specializations at reasonable prices for the association in one of the well-known and highly experienced training institutes.
• Contributing to the establishment of the Women’s Leadership Institute to develop their capabilities for social, economic and political responsibilities.
• Tourism and countryside development through seminars and lectures to introduce the Lebanese regions and their characteristics, in addition to holding patrimonial activities in the Lebanese countryside in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Agriculture.
• Awareness and preparation of environmental work and activities, which includes afforestation, cleaning beaches and rivers, recycling of wastes, the use of renewable energy in all possible areas, and obtaining the donors support for agricultural, food and art craft industries in rural areas.
• Follow up on the implementation of the law related to job opportunities for people with special needs and defend their rights by establishing awareness programs and partnering with the industrial, commercial and agricultural chambers in collaboration with the syndicates of freelancers and the appropriate ministries.
