Duties of the  General secretary and the Trustees Board

Duties of the General Secretary :

1-To spread the idea, the objectives and the activities of the organization.

2-To look for accomplishing the objectives of the organization and providing moral   and financial support for the organization in collaboration with the board of    trustees.

3-To run the board of trustees ‘sessions and attract members enjoying a high financial and intellectual statute.

4-To implement the work strategy adopted by the board of trustees.

5-To submit the prepositions and the recommendations before the board of directors.

6-He shall be entitled to examine the decisions of the board of director, the minutes of meeting, the results and the reports of all the comities and inform the board of trustees about the decisions of the board of directors.

7-To attend the board of directors’ sessions provided he informs the later first and his presence will be only as a consultant and will not have the right to vote.

8-The secretary general shall be elected for a term of 4 years and he can be reelected by the simple majority (half the numbers of the board of trustees plus one)

9-If the secretary general desires to apply for the post of the chairman of the board of directors, he has to hand his resignation minimum three months before   elections date.

10-The secretary general shall be entitled to address written letters to the board of      directors.

Duties of Trustees Board :

1-the board of trustees shall be formed of legal members, which are the members of the constitutive comity for “” in addition to new members, it has to be mentioned that the three quarters of the council has to approve on the membership of the laters, and the new members are asked to provide the financial and the moral support for “” and they will be considered as members in the boiard of trustees

2-To establish a work strategy for the organization and to expend all the effort to develop it and to plan for the future.

3-To study the petitions submitted before the board of trustees by the members whom the membership was suspended and that’s during two months starting the date of submitting the petition and the board of trustees shall be convened with the board of director to take the adequate decision.

4-To assess the behavior of the members that exploit the name of the organizationfor personal or financial profits and the board of trustees shall be convened withthe board of director to take the adequate decision.

5-It shall be voted on all the decisions of the board of trustees unanimously, when it’s is impossible to reach an agreement for force majeure it shall be voted by the majority of the two third of the members.

6-The board of trustees shall convene once every three months at least and the sessions shall be chaired by the secretary general who will designate a scrutineer for every session.

7-The board of trustees has the liberty of choice provided that its decisions don’t be variance with the board of directors ‘decisions.

8-The board of trustee’s membership is governed by a special system that will be determined later by virtue of a decision of the constitutive comity. The new members shall join the organization according to an official invitation sent by the secretary general.

9-To represent the organization before the international assemblies, conferences and seminars, he is also entitled to sign on behalf of the organization outside Lebanon designated by the board directors and according to the mission delegated to him.

10-He helps the chairman in running the general assemblies and he shall attend all these assemblies.

11-He submits to the chairman and to the auditor all the administrative propositions necessary for a good management.

12-He keeps the documents of the organizations in addition to the documents of the secretariat and the cashier.

13-When the mandate of the president of the organization expires he become legally   member in the board of trustees.
