Introduction


Purpose :

The Lebanese Youth are suffering from a decrease in job opportunities in Lebanon while the government sits silent facing the reality. Officials merely bring the issue of unemployment every once in a while but have never set comprehensive work plans, never defined execution programs, nor taken the initiative to at least issue detailed statistics and figures on the reality of employment and labor in Lebanon or on the unemployment rates among the productive class.
This bitter reality draining Lebanese capacities and leading to an increased and unrestricted emigration has led several business and educated people to meet regularly. These individuals have agreed not to ponder in the darkness of this reality, but to step into the light and change. Hence, came the first step … The establishing of “Koudourat”.
 

في الإنطلاقة :

يعاني الشباب اللبناني من تراجع مجالات العمل داخل الوطن في ظل لا مبالاة رسمية، وإكتفاء المسؤولين بذكر موضوع البطالة بين فترة وأخرى دون وضع خطط عمل شمولية، ولا تحديد برامج تنفيذية ، ولا حتى المبادرة الى إصدار ارقام تفصيلية عن واقع العمل والعمالة في لبنان ، وعن نسب العاطلين عن العمل من شريحة المنتجين داخل المجتمع اللبناني.
امام هذا الواقع المرير والنزف المتمادي للطاقات اللبنانية ، والهجرة المستفحلة دون ضوابط ولا روادع ، تنادى بعض رجال العلم والعمل الى لقاءات مكثفة، وتعاهدوا على عدم لعن الظلام في ليل البطالة الطويل بل اقسموا على إضاءة الشمعة الاولى ... فكانت جمعية "قدرات".
